In this tech generation world,every person is using social networking sites,it is good to have a medium to communicate with the school friends,old friends etc. But it is also a dangerous one when it comes to posting about Celebrities,Politicians,Sportsmen or other famous person if the post is a wrongly attributed or degrading their reputation. SO BE ALERT. In the recent years irrespective of age or gender when it comes to Social Networking cases there is being no partiality or warnings its just ARREST. Last year Supreme Court has commented that its not good to arrest in that cases yet no rule passed on to stop that. So still people of India need to be alert about posting,liking,commenting or sharing about the sensitive issues that may lead to arrest.
How to stay safe form this issue?
- Don't post(like,comment or share) anything bad about any person.
- If you are posting something about a popular person make sure that the Information is Right and it won't degrade the reputation of that particular person.
- Be careful when liking,commenting,sharing the content of a post which contains hate speech about anything(caste,religion,community,society etc)
