Samsung on Tuesday launched the Galaxy Note 4 flagship smartphone and the Gear S smartwatch in India underlining the premium tag of the devices. The Galaxy Note 4 is coming to India a month after its global launch at the IFA 2014 in Berlin. The Galaxy Note 4 has been priced at a MRP of Rs 61,500 and will sell at Rs 58,300 while the Gear S is priced at Rs 29,000 in India.
The pricing is premium, reiterating Samsung’s premium playing for the Note 4. It has not kept the price low to take on the competition from other flagship like the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus or the Sony Xperia Z3.
